Job Title: Automotive Technician

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair drivability and electrical systems
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve increased customer satisfaction
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire maintenance
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems
  • Conduct road tests to ensure vehicle safety

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
  • A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
