Bridgestone Americas is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair drivability and electrical systems
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve increased customer satisfaction
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire maintenance
- Install batteries and check electrical systems
- Conduct road tests to ensure vehicle safety
Requirements:
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
- A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8
- Strong communication and leadership skills
