Position Overview: We are currently in search of seasonal Baristas to join our team. This role involves assisting patrons with their purchases at our market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute opening and closing tasks for the market.
  • Handle sales transactions using the POS system.
  • Maintain regular stock levels of store items.
  • Sell and serve baked goods and various food items to guests.
  • Prepare both hot and cold beverages according to established recipes.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and help them locate products.
  • Exhibit regular and dependable attendance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability.
  • Excellent listening, speaking, and writing abilities.
  • Proficient decision-making skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Effective time management skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
