Job Title: CT Scan Radiology Specialist
ACI Federal is seeking a skilled CT Scan Radiology Specialist to join their team at a hospital in West Virginia. This 13-week contract position offers 36 hours of work per week, with weekends in rotation.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a CT technologist, with a strong understanding of operating CT scanning equipment to produce diagnostic images. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and educating patients for CT scans and positioning them correctly
- Administering radiocontrast agents if necessary and explaining the scanning procedure
- Maintaining patient records
Requirements include:
- CT Tech experience
- West Virginia license and CT Tech certification
- Ability to start own IVs
- Knowledge and use of EPIC EMR and Equipment Synapse Radiology
- Current BLS certification
- Able to operate sophisticated computer equipment
- Able to perform well independently
