Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate the health status of pediatric patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, preferably in pediatric nursing.
- PALS certification required.
