Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and direct the flow of traffic around construction sites to minimize disruptions and ensure public safety.
  • Oversee the proper erection, placement, and removal of traffic control materials, including signs, cones, and barriers.
  • Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless traffic flow and minimize delays.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest traffic control technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. traffic engineering, construction management) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic control or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
