Ridgeway Post Acute, a reputable healthcare facility, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
  • Help residents with mobility and positioning, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Take and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care planning.
Requirements:
  • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and resident confidentiality.
