You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that procurement strategies align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute procurement strategies to fulfill organizational objectives.
- Identify and assess suppliers to guarantee quality, cost-efficiency, and dependability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Oversee supplier relationships and performance metrics.
- Conduct market analysis to discover new suppliers and industry developments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver procurement reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support business functions.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other critical data.
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive supplier database.
- Assess and enhance procurement processes and practices.
- Provide mentorship and support to other procurement personnel.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in international sourcing and procurement.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of 3DX software is advantageous.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is preferred.
Work Environment
This position requires flexibility in scheduling and may involve some travel.
Compensation
Salary range based on experience ($125,000-$150,000/year).
