Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute procurement strategies to fulfill organizational objectives.
  • Identify and assess suppliers to guarantee quality, cost-efficiency, and dependability.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
  • Oversee supplier relationships and performance metrics.
  • Conduct market analysis to discover new suppliers and industry developments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Prepare and deliver procurement reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support business functions.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other critical data.
  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive supplier database.
  • Assess and enhance procurement processes and practices.
  • Provide mentorship and support to other procurement personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in international sourcing and procurement.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Knowledge of 3DX software is advantageous.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is preferred.

Work Environment

This position requires flexibility in scheduling and may involve some travel.

Compensation

Salary range based on experience ($125,000-$150,000/year).
