**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assess, evaluate, and treat students with communication disorders, including language, speech, voice, fluency, and pragmatic disorders.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and parents.
* Provide consultation and training services to teachers and other educational professionals to improve their understanding of communication disorders.
* Document and maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and treatment plans.
* Attend and participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and other school-based meetings to ensure students' needs are addressed.
* Stay informed about current research and best practices in communication disorders and integrate this knowledge into your practice.

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
* State licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology.
* Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
* Experience working with children with communication disorders in a school-based setting preferred.
* Effective communication skills, oral and written.
* Knowledge of current research and best practices in communication disorders.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
