Job Summary

The Banquet Cook will work closely with our culinary team to prepare and serve meals for banquets, events, and daily meal periods. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for banquets, events, and daily meal periods
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food is served
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of six months of prior food service experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
