About the Role: At Ascend, we're seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our property management team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Director, Operations and Chief Engineer, while providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Supporting the property management team with periodic reporting and administrative tasks
  2. Responding to tenant inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records, including Certificate of Insurance documents and tenant files
  4. Coding and splitting invoices based on cost centers and services performed
  5. Preparing bill backs/re-bills for special tenant requests
  6. Collaborating with vendors and building management team members to ensure procedures are followed
