Leadership Opportunities
This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development. As a Sales Team Leader Trainee, you will have the chance to develop leadership skills and take on new challenges. You will be mentored by a proven successful Sales Manager and receive one-on-one training and individual support. You will have the opportunity to fast-track to leadership roles and be part of a supportive and positive corporate culture.

What You'll Get
You will receive a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year. You will have weekly draw pay with commission and bonuses from the start. You will also have access to quarterly and annual incentives such as trips, cash bonuses, and stock options. Additionally, you'll have a flexible schedule, working Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed. You will be based in a business-to-business setting and have access to CRM and training. Licensing reimbursement (state fees) will be provided.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Team Leader Trainee, you will be responsible for learning our company's products/services, sales processes, and CRM software. You will assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members. You will work out in the field in B2B style sales building your own book of business. You will provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills. You will handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service. You will analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will participate in sales meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and motivate team members.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of sales experience. You must have strong communication skills and be self-driven. You must have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. A bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional work experience is required. You must be already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license).
