Pharmacist-in-Charge Supervisor

As a Supervisor, Home Infusion Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will play a vital role in leading our home infusion pharmacy team to provide specialized and infusion therapies to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide direction and oversight to the home infusion pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily operations, focusing on quality and efficiency, while promoting safety and compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Oversee infusion business operations, including inventory management, reconciliation, and budgetary compliance.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including interventions and adverse reactions.
• Coordinate and interpret laboratory monitoring of drug therapy.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance the care provided by the pharmacy team.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of medication orders.
• Develop and implement aseptic compounding skills and maintain compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 Compounding Standards.
• Support nursing, intake, sales, and warehouse teams to deliver excellent customer service to home infusion patients.
• Responsible for talent selection, training, and development of pharmacy team members.
• Maintain clinical pharmacy knowledge and adhere to HMH's Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
• Minimum of two years of pharmacist experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business Applications, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Minimum of four years of pharmacist experience.
• Minimum of two years of pharmacy supervisor or above experience.
• Proficient in Brightree Infusion EMR Software.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR Software.

• Registered Pharmacist License.

• Compounded Sterile Preparations Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCSCP).
