Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Executive to join our team at McGough Construction. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for leading complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead business development efforts to identify new project opportunities and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and clients

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large and complex projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Experience with project management software, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or residential projects
• Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience with project development, including feasibility studies, design, and construction
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
• Experience with project management software, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tools
