Key Responsibilities- Establish Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Kroger and Albertsons, ensuring that our products and services meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our Wall Strategy Team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for our business.
- Lead Presentation Development: Lead the development of presentations to gain support from our customers for innovation, displays, and promotional/pricing strategies.
- Participate in Customer Touch Base Appointments: Participate in regular touch base appointments with our customers to discuss business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any challenges or concerns.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue for our business, including the development of sales plans and target attainment.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with support departments within our customers to ensure maximum support in all business areas.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular forecasts, key account reporting, and other sales reports as requested by Coty management.
- P&L Management: Monitor and manage the account's P&L statement, ensuring that spend is within budget and reducing deductions, returns, and low ROI investments.
- Promotional Strategy: Develop high ROI promotional strategies and presentations, displays, and events to maximize sales opportunities.
- Broker Support: Collaborate with our Broker HQ sales support team at Albertsons and assist with support at Kroger (administration, deductions, fixture processing).
- Education: 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Business degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in CPG/Beauty/Sales or Category Management
- Skills: Strong knowledge of the Regional Grocery and/or Kroger-Albertsons, AC Nielsen, Circana, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), responsible, analytical, detail-oriented, organized, solution-oriented, team player, strong communicator, goal/results-driven
