Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Finance Coordinator to join our team at CarVision Inc.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The Automobile Finance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of finance and lease paperwork for automobile deals. This includes processing federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process finance and lease paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the new- and used- vehicle and finance departments.
  • Assist management and sales with training to provide customers with thorough explanations of programs and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to two years of experience in accounting or administrative positions.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Mathematical aptitude to calculate figures and amounts (e.g., discounts, interest, commissions).
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • A valid driver's license.
