Overview

As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in building relationships with referral sources, obtaining referrals, and participating in planning and executing the Business Departmental plan.

Responsibilities
  • Education and Problem-Solving: Educate referral sources on Vibra Healthcare's services and capabilities, and provide problem-solving support to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with referral sources, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote Vibra Healthcare's services.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide direct communication between the community, referral sources, and physicians to ensure a positive and professional image of Vibra Healthcare.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent day travel with reliable transportation and occasional overnight travel is required.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Worker in the state where support is provided.
  • Recent healthcare experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting, or home health care agency/company.
  • Current, valid, and active driver's license.
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous clinical screening experience.
  • Marketing/sales skill expertise.
  • Working experience of local medical community.
