Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Stafford Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Adult and NICU units.

Responsibilities
  • Certification Requirements: BLS, NRP, RRT, and VA License are required.
  • Job Details: Float to all units, including the 6-bed ILN/NICU on the Stafford Campus.
  • Experience Requirements: 1 year of experience as an RRT, or 10+ years of experience as a CRT.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Must have adult and NICU experience, with skills in airway management, vent management, medication administration, ABGs, O2 therapy, suction, pulmonary toileting, BiPAP, CPAP, nebulizers, and high-risk deliveries.
  • Work Setting Experience: Community hospital, ER, Adult ICU, and NICU experience is required.
  • Equipment Experience: Puritan Bennett equipment experience is necessary.
  • Schedule Information: No weekend work is required, and on-call work is not necessary.
  • Float and Block Schedule: At times, you may need to float to Adult units, and block schedules may be accommodated at the manager's discretion.
