We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Silver Surfer LLC. As a key member of our estate operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all projects and maintenance required to keep our properties presentable and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all maintenance and facilities of the estate to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance and vendor projects, overseeing construction & remodel projects in conjunction with Leadership.
  3. Manage staffing and resources to ensure projects and objectives are completed.
  4. Create maintenance plans specific to each property and ensure proper execution.
  5. Prepare, present, and manage budgets related to estate operations, including invoices.
  6. Inspect properties regularly to ensure cleaning, maintenance, and repair needs are met and up to standard.
  7. Support event preparation, execution, and clean-up.
  8. Participate in recruiting, training, and performance management of staff.
  9. Work as a team player supporting a variety of staff, visitors, and functions.
  10. Maintain a caring and responsive attitude.
  11. Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  12. Regular attendance is an essential job function.
  13. Participate in performance evaluation process, educational trainings, and meetings as requested.
  14. Maintain fiscal responsibility in spending.
  15. Exercise discretion and maintain high-level confidentiality.
  16. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Displays exquisite customer service and hospitality.

  • Able to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.
  • Travels as needed.

Salary: $120-$150 per hour
