Your Responsibilities
  • Support and assist customers with the commissioning and operation of electric drives and drive systems
  • Accompany prototype builds and assist with their commissioning
  • Test the functionality of electric drive technology on end devices
  • Support our internal diagnostics department
  • Customize frequency converters for specific applications
  • Conduct and create analyses during assembly assignments, warranty, and repair work
  • Support the creation of technical documentation, including service information, maintenance, and repair instructions
  • Conduct service assignments domestically and internationally
  • Implement quality assurance measures
Your Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as an electrician or in a comparable field
  • Further training as a master/technician is desirable
  • Knowledge of frequency converters and electric drive technology
  • Knowledge of PLC programming is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken English, knowledge of other foreign languages is advantageous
  • Confident and open demeanor
  • Customer-oriented and meticulous work ethic
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
