Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Correctional Officer I to join our team at the Northwest State Correctional Facility. As a Correctional Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for inmates and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and custody of inmates in a correctional facility
  • Provide training and guidance to inmates
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Two years or more of full-time work experience
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license
