Job Title: Assistant Vice President, 3PL OperationsJob Summary:

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to lead the optimization of its physical distribution network. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the organizational, procedural, and technical elements of the distribution and fulfillment centers, ensuring seamless collaboration with 3PL providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the flow of qualitative and quantitative information between SalonCentric and 3PL providers, enhancing replenishment and distribution processes.
  • Coordinate the setup and execution of replenishment and distribution models for all omni-channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Lead a team of 3PL directors and analysts, providing guidance and support to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Attract, develop, and upgrade talent to build a best-in-class replenishment, distribution, and execution function.
  • Manage the daily performance of 3PL providers, ensuring alignment with Master Service Agreements and associated Scope of Work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiencies and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Report updates to the Executive Steering Committee on continuous improvement and quality assurance measures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience with onboarding and integrating 3PL partners, including ramp-up, hyper-care, and managing to contract KPIs.
  • eCommerce and/or Retail environment experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities and experience in implementing software solutions, including Agile Methodology and Scrum.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to devise solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor people, with a strong ability to influence and drive business growth.
