Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team at LMR Technical Group. As a key member of our Human Performance Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fitness programs to enhance the physical readiness of our military personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement periodized training programs to improve musculoskeletal function and reduce injury risk
  • Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized coaching to optimize athletic performance
  • Collaborate with military leaders to develop and implement fitness initiatives that align with unit objectives
  • Provide education and training on injury prevention and musculoskeletal health
  • Embed with military units to provide on-site coaching and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. exercise science, kinesiology, sports medicine)
  • Current certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strength and conditioning coaching or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
