Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on our boats, including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing as needed.
  • Assist with the launch and recovery of boats, as well as the movement of boats around the marina.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of our marina facilities, including the cleaning and organization of storage areas.
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure that all boats are properly maintained and ready for our guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in boat maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in boat maintenance a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, such as boat maintenance or repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
