FeldCare Connects is a referral network seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve patients in their homes.

As a Physical Therapist with FeldCare Connects, you will have the flexibility to control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.

You will determine how much you earn by the number of patients you decide to treat.

Our team provides administrative support, including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance support.

This allows you to focus on what you do best: treating the patient.

We use an Electronic Medical Record system that is extremely intuitive, making documentation a breeze.

Many clinicians complete documentation during the visit.

Our goal is to connect patients with the care they need.

We believe that by taking the administrative burden off agencies and clinicians, they can get patients treated faster and focus more of their attention on patients, resulting in better patient outcomes.

We are a group that shares your passion for helping people.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is able to work with all ages and has a current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy.

Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone are required.

Bilingual is a plus.

We are a network that connects over 2,000 clinicians to patients in their community by contracting with over 900 home health agencies throughout CA, AZ, TX, and FL.
