Position Overview:

This role is essential in delivering quality patient care and support within healthcare settings. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care protocols.
  • Maintain knowledge of community health services and assist in connecting patients with appropriate resources.
  • Document patient observations and care activities accurately, adhering to established record-keeping standards.
  • Implement basic nursing techniques and practices, including personal hygiene and sanitation methods.
  • Monitor and guide the work of other support staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient care environment.
Qualifications:
  • Current CNA License and certification as a Certified Medication Aide Advanced (CMA-A) by the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
  • Three years of experience in patient care, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality service.
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification and a valid Covid-19 Vaccination Card or exemption.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions, establishing effective working relationships with colleagues and patients.
