Position Overview:

This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and support within healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing practices and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the English language to ensure clear communication with patients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Understand and apply public health services available to the community, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Utilize interviewing techniques and basic nursing skills to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care.
  • Implement sanitation and personal hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for patients.
  • Apply medical terminology effectively in daily tasks and interactions.
  • Organize and prioritize work assignments to enhance patient care delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Valid CNA License.
  • Current resume highlighting relevant experience.
  • BLS/CPR Certification.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Card or exemption documentation.
  • Ability to accurately record observations and follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and patients.
  • Monitor and guide the work of others, demonstrating sound judgment in various situations.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in patient care, with current certification in good standing as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) and Certified Medication Aide Advanced (CMA-A) from the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
