Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and complex testing on blood and other specimens, maintaining quality control and instrument maintenance.
  • Operate laboratory equipment to deliver precise and accurate results, documenting patient test results and managing quality control.
  • Train new personnel in laboratory procedures and equipment use, ensuring seamless integration into our team.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Physical or Life Science.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • MLT-ASCP certification or equivalent.
