Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Support new ideas and systems by producing creative ideas and actions in response to changing situations.
  • Support and plan work on small projects with direction from management.
  • Assume the responsibilities normally performed in the department, alongside professionals who perform these roles.
  • Present project results to management and department personnel.
Requirements
  • Must be currently pursuing a Law Degree at an accredited law school.
  • Must have completed first year of law school.
  • Must have completed Legal Writing.

American Family Insurance is a great place to build your skillset and explore your career interests. Our summer student internship is a 10 to 14 week program that starts in mid to late May and ends in August.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is based off of graduation year and degree you are pursuing, with a minimum of $25.00 and a maximum of $39.00. We provide benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision and wellbeing benefits, a competitive 401(k) contribution, a pension plan, an annual incentive, 9 paid holidays, and a paid time off program (23 days accrued annually for full-time employees).

Location

This role may be considered for a Full-Time in Office or Hybrid work arrangement based on the selected candidate's location, with possible work locations including Phoenix, AZ.
