Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $43,000-$52,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations.
  • Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.
  • Care for multiple patients, building long-term relationships and providing empathetic support.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Must be willing to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
  • Healthcare experience preferred, including certifications like BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), or Phlebotomy certification.
