As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and providing education on kidney dialysis-related topics. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and PTO cash out. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development through our Clinical Ladders program and tuition assistance.

To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a desire to enter the healthcare field, and comfort working around blood and needles. Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
