Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our team. As a Primary Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual, family, and group therapies. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapies, including family orientations and welcome presentations
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate treatment goals and services
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and staff meetings
  • Attend training and educational events to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Board registration or licensure in the state where services are provided
  • Experience working with young adults and adolescents, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
