Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, treating, and evaluating patient progress
  • Supervise and train Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment
  • One (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
  • BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • A current, valid and active Driver's License required
