Volt is currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Testing Specialist for a prominent manufacturing client.

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Testing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing various hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment necessary for assembly, testing, and programming operations.
  • Exhibiting excellent hand-eye coordination, strong near-vision, and the ability to maintain focus for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Working within an assembly and testing environment, handling test equipment, measurement instruments, and programming tools.
  • Possessing knowledge of ESD and ISO procedures, as well as recognizing electronic components, wiring, and cables.
  • Employing voltmeters and oscilloscopes, with the capability to operate them according to provided instructions.
This is a full-time temporary role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in:
  • Following both verbal and written instructions from the Production Floor leader, Technical contacts, and Quality Assurance.
  • Reading and comprehending assembly and testing instructions in compliance with ISO and ESD standards.
  • Exhibiting flexibility, attention to detail, the ability to concentrate for long periods, and a collaborative spirit while performing repetitive tasks under close supervision.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation: $22 per hour.

*Compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
