About the Opportunity

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as tenure-track faculty members in the School of Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. As a faculty member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative research and inspiring learning environments at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct innovative research in aerospace systems, including artificial intelligence and dynamical systems.
  • Develop and teach courses in aerospace engineering, including undergraduate and graduate-level courses.
  • Advise and mentor students in their academic and professional pursuits.
  • Participate in service activities, including departmental and university-wide committees.
Requirements

An earned Ph.D. or Sc.D. in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field is required. The successful candidate will have a strong record of research and teaching, and will be able to contribute to the diversity and excellence of the School of Aerospace Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in teaching and mentoring students, as well as a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
