Job Overview

Redline Powersports is seeking a skilled Powersports Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience working on personal watercraft, motorcycles, ATV's, or Side-by-Sides preferred
  • A - C Tech level qualifications in all aspects of repairs in the powersports industry preferred
  • Firm grasp of electrical system diagnostics, engine, and transmission tear down and reassembly, knowledge of fuel systems, and other repairs related to off-road motorcycles and scooters, person watercraft, ATV's or Side-by-Sides preferred
  • Capable of diagnosing and completing repairs in a timely manner
  • Solid Technical and Mechanical Skills
  • Commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees
  • Must have own personal tools – company does supply special tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Dependable; Team Player; Professional Appearance
  • Must have references, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license
