We are seeking an experienced Guitar Technician to join our team. As a Repair Tech, you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and building strong relationships with our customers.

• Interact with customers, providing a positive experience and understanding their needs
• Service customer-owned instruments with precision and care
• Maintain store-owned gear, ensuring it remains in excellent condition
• Complete warranty repair work, meeting deadlines and exceeding quality standards

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently
