We are seeking a highly skilled Guitar Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as maintaining store inventory. Your primary goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive business growth through quality work and excellent customer service.

• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Service customer-owned instruments with precision and care.
• Maintain store-owned gear according to store requests.
• Complete warranty repair work efficiently and effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services.
