Radiology Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Specialist to join our team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As a Radiology Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting Radiologists and Physician Assistants with interventional exams, gathering and documenting data for medical records, and ordering and stocking supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Radiologists and Physician Assistants with interventional exams
  • Gather and document data for medical records
  • Order and stock supplies as needed
  • Be responsible for call coverage
  • Perform post-procedure follow-up on care and document/report findings to Radiologists
  • Document unsuspected and safety findings using the MIDAS system
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Sciences
  • Current BLS certification
  • ARRT (R) certification within 1 year of graduation or exempt if hired prior to 1984
