Position Overview

AmeriPro Roofing, a leader in the Storm Restoration sector for exterior home enhancements, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves daily on-site engagement and fieldwork as necessary. The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for obtaining permits, assisting with ladder operations, conducting job site evaluations, and liaising with our teams to ensure the successful completion of roofing, siding, and gutter projects. Additionally, this position collaborates closely with the Branch Manager to facilitate communication between our teams and the sales department regarding project progress and updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess prior experience or knowledge in the construction field. Individuals with hands-on experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of asphalt shingles, vinyl siding, or aluminum gutters will be highly regarded and should have a strong enthusiasm for the installation process.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
  • Required experience or knowledge in the roofing, siding, and/or gutter sectors.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle (truck preferred).
  • Prior experience in project management or as a crew foreman is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in negotiating and contracting with crews and payment processes.
  • Able to coordinate work schedules with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a smartphone capable of downloading applications and taking photographs.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily and weekly project builds and service tasks.
  • Manage the acquisition and delivery of necessary building permits.
  • Provide ladder assistance for inspections as required.
  • Conduct pre, mid, and post-construction evaluations on projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction following project completion.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales department and production teams.
  • Facilitate the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of production teams.
  • Manage payroll distribution for employees.
  • Assist the Corporate Fleet Manager as needed.
Work Schedule
  • Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for varied hours, including weekends as necessary.
  • Employee may be required to be on call for emergencies related to their responsibilities.
