About the Position::
As our Guest Service Operations Supervisor, you will assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing guest flow and service at the front end of the store, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional final experience.
What You'll Do::
Alongside the Guest Service Manager, you will act as an ambassador for the department, exemplifying excellence while assisting in the management of all relevant functions and activities.
Manage guest flow at the front end to ensure operational success and an outstanding shopping experience every time.
Direct the guest service team, as scheduled, to uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards at the front end and in guest restrooms.
Oversee order guides, ordering deadlines, and efforts to minimize shrink and damage.
Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members both on-the-job and through The Fresh Market's internal training platform to deliver excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner.
Availability::
This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Qualifications::
At a minimum, you will need:
3+ years of experience in a guest service role
1+ years of leadership experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be at least 18 years of age.
