Position Overview:

Are you looking for exciting and dynamic job opportunities in premier ski resorts? If you enjoy bringing joy to others through food and beverages, this position is ideal for you. By becoming part of the Food & Beverage team, you will acquire diverse skills in a vibrant work setting. Regardless of your specific role, you will contribute to delivering an Exceptional Experience for our guests and fellow staff by embodying our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.

Position Details:

  • Location: Mountain Dining Venues
  • Starting Pay: $11.40 - $12.89 per hour plus tips
    • If hired for a tipped role, guaranteed earnings of at least $20 per hour including tips
  • Shift & Schedule Options: Full-Time and Part-Time Hours Available
  • Experience Level: Entry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with guests and team members
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines discussed in daily pre-shift meetings
  • Gain knowledge of menu items to provide recommendations to guests
  • Utilize a point-of-sale system to accurately process orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
  • Optional skiing/snowboarding after work (location dependent)
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; we will provide training for all necessary skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry items up to 40 lbs

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This represents the range we expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors.
