At Metrowest Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Supervisor to join our team. This FT rotating position offers a rewarding opportunity for a professional with a passion for leadership and patient care.

As a Physical Therapy Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the coordination of physical, occupational, and speech therapy operations. Your responsibilities will include performing treatments within your respective practice act, as prescribed by a referring physician. You will also be responsible for maintaining performance improvement activities, participating in CQI activities, and ensuring competency of personnel within your scope of practice.

You will work closely with the Rehabilitation Director or Manager to formulate budgets, evaluate performance, and take appropriate action to remain within budgetary guidelines. Additionally, you will develop and implement systems for reviewing occupational therapy and speech therapy charges, ensuring that patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, depending on experience, to support your professional growth and development. A Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language pathology is required, while a Master's degree in a related field is preferred. One year of experience in healthcare management is also desirable.
