As an Operations Quality Engineer I, you will be part of our Quality Assurance Team, focusing on developing, modifying, applying, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems/protocols at our Houston, Texas facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
- Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis to assess the level of control and manage product quality risks.
- Undertake root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action.
- Ensure that corrective measures and deviations meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience.
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Work Hours:
- Exempt: B Shift - Monday-Wednesday, and every other Thursday, 4:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.
Travel Requirements:
- 0 to 10%.
