We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Copeland. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of employees to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and direct employees to produce components and assemblies that meet all specifications and customer requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and promote a culture of quality, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with production control, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, schedules, time, and attendance.
  • Problem-Solving: Participate in root cause investigation and problem-solving to resolve production issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
  • Education: Associate's degree and/or equivalent education/experience.
  • Skills: Technologically savvy, good communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Lean and 5S experience, CNC machining and assembly experience.
