**Position: Logistics Associate -- WEEKLY PAY -- $21/hour**

**Compensation**

$17-$21 per hour

**Work Schedule**

  • Order Picking Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (may require early start at 8:30 AM during peak times)
  • Receiving Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Transfer Order Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Second Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Position Summary

As a Logistics Associate, your primary responsibility will be to utilize a picking list to gather items from the warehouse. You will be expected to accurately select these items and organize them into bins for the packaging team to confirm correctness. An accuracy rate of approximately 98% is anticipated, with opportunities for bonuses for surpassing this benchmark. Additionally, you may be required to manually unload trucks, handling boxes weighing between 5-35 pounds. These boxes must be removed from shipping containers and arranged onto pallets for internal distribution.

Work Environment

This position is entirely on-site. You will be part of a large warehouse team, collaborating with approximately 40-45 colleagues.
