About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric ICU Nurse to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a Pediatric ICU Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in the ICU setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
