Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of systems, analysis, modeling, and integration of flight control systems.
- Design and develop various electro-mechanical systems, including flight controls, flight control laws, flight control electronics, actuation, and landing gear.
- Draft engineering documentation, such as flight control development test plans, functional test plans, supplier requirements, and compliance reports.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Enovia, CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or Excel VBA.
- Technical writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Public speaking and leadership potential, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for innovation.
- Practical experience in a manufacturing or design company, or shop or lab experience.
