- Assist students with adding, dropping, and resigning from courses, ensuring a smooth process.
- Participate in system upgrade testing and troubleshoot issues as directed by leadership.
- Collaborate with various campus departments to enhance service delivery.

Administrative Duties
- Maintain and assess data regularly to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead project timelines and resolve procedural issues as they arise.
- Compile and evaluate data to support decision-making processes.
- Develop internal policies and workflows to optimize operations.
- Create training materials and conduct sessions for staff and students.

Professional Development
- Attend mandatory training workshops to stay updated on departmental and university policies.
- Prepare, review, and distribute official university documents and reports.
- Conduct research to support information dissemination.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with institutional policies regarding student records and enrollment services.

Work Environment
- This position may require occasional extended hours during peak registration periods.
- Up to 20% of the role may be performed remotely during off-peak times, as determined by the supervisor.
