We're a community-driven organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children with autism and special needs. As a Behavior Technician with The Treetop, you'll play a vital role in delivering ABA interventions and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized ABA therapy programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering ABA interventions to clients in their homes, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on client progress, and preparing reports under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Collaborating with program staff to ensure consistent and effective therapy.
  • Providing updates to parents and guardians on daily activities and client progress.
  • Implementing and adjusting individualized ABA therapy programs.
  • Assisting in the creation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Communicating clearly with clients, families, and team members.
  • Being open to learning and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Working well both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

We're looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated individuals who are eager to make a difference. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience with ABA therapy or special needs is a plus but not necessary.
  • RBT certification is preferred, but if not certified, a commitment to obtain certification within 60 days is required. We offer a pay increase and reimbursement for certification costs upon completion.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance are necessary.
