Job Summary:

As a licensed mental health professional, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for adult members with a range of mental health needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and support to members and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for members with acute or chronic mental illness, in collaboration with the treating physician and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention and support services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat members with mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Participate in staff conferences and meetings to discuss member treatment plans and progress.
  • Develop and conduct psychoeducational classes and groups to promote mental health and wellness.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) with Couples and Families Endorsement.
  • Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous post-license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy.
  • Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity.
